A more unified darker MBT Shoes are the fitness walking shoes for ladies that is perfect for work.These look better in person and are fun to wear. Less high than original MBT's so I adjusted to them really well. They are perfect for summer whites. I also later got a pair of MBT Sneakers and so these have way less support, but look way better. I totally enjoy wearing them, but they are a bit loose because the overlap strap doesn't provide much support.I have had my first pair of MBTs for about five weeks. They are the only shoes that I wear now. I love the feel of walking in these shoes. It did not take any time to break in the shoes or my muscles when I first wore these shoes. rnrnI've had nagging foot pain for about 5 years and have bought probably two dozen pairs of shoes over that time trying to find a pair that let me walk without pain. I walk about 5 miles a day and love these MBTs. So far, I'm very happy with the quality as well as the comfort after over 100 miles. These sandals are my current favorite shoes in my closet. They are supremely comfortable, as are all MBT Raha Chill, and they are really cute. I wear them almost every day and get compliments regularly. I am very happy to have discovered MBT and am grateful that they continue to develop attractive styles to go with the comfort they always provide. I rated these sandals true to size and width because the velcro allows them to be adjusted to my foot.The Sawa is my second pair of MBTs. I wanted a shoe where the foot was enclosed, but the heel could be adjusted, since my heels are narrow. I had only worn sandals (Kisumu) before. I think the new MBT sizing makes it a challenge to figure out what one wears in the new models. My advice on MBT Wingu would be to go to a higher size number if in doubt. I wear 8.5 to 9. Bought the 8.5. They felt a full-size too small and dug into my heels, couldn't strap the straps easily. Felt a 9.5 would probably be right and gave them to my daughter who can fit in 8 to 9.The MBT Nama Brown shoes are great! I love MBT Women's Sapatu Black shoes and this style fits better than some others.I love the way these sandals look but the straps hit the bones in the front of my foot in the wrong places making them too uncomfortable to wear. Wish they were more comfortable for my feet. May be fine for others.I had self-diagnosed the pain in my heel that I had when I finished my daily 3.5 mile walk as plantar fasciitis. After my walk I hobbled around the rest of the day in pain - but I love walking and didn't want to give it up. I also had terrible pain in my heel in the morning. I have not had a moment's pain since I began wearing MBT Unono Chocolate for my walks. I cancelled my appointment with my foot doctor. Amazing what a difference a pair of shoes can make. They are extremely comfortable and also are easy to put on -unlike my other walking shoes that required a shoehorn. I will be buying other styles in the future.I had a hard time initially justifying the cost of these shoes given what they are purported to do. That being said I decided to take a chance and am glad that I did. I did have to get over initial blisters on the back of my heels but after a week of constant wear it's my shoe of choice. Due to my carpal tunnel, I love the ease of the velcro straps which was a very important feature. The shoe doesn't give as much arch support as I would like since I have high arches but it hasn't bothered me enough to buy any insoles. The style is more fashion-friendly and I've actually gotten many compliments on these. This definitely took less time to break in than MBT Nama black shoes which I also really like. I don't think this shoe in my normal size would have fit.I have been wearing MBTs for about a year and a half now. The Baridi is the fifth style of MBT Nama grey shoes I own and wear daily. Doing trade shows and having to be on my feet all day long would not be possible without my MBTs. I highly recommend them. When buying MBTs, get a half size larger than what you currently wear.I have high arches and back pain from work, and I needed something that looked sturdy and would fit in to a business casual uniform. I have true 8.5 size feet, but the size 8.5's I ordered felt half a size too small. The heels were very stiff at first, but it was something I was able to break in. The toe area is still a little too narrow. As for style, the leather uppers are of very good quality, but the color from the lower inner side panels containing the anti MBT Footweare component started to rub off after about a week.
