  运动无处不在,只要掌握正确方法,坐着也能健身。如果有时间,身边有椅子,可以做做椅子操 :
  全身放松,上身直立坐于椅上,双臂自然下垂,头部先前倾,光波炉厂家,后仰、左右转,从右至左转动一圈为一次,第二次反方向转动,各转三次;
  双臂伸向体后,光波炉厂家,十指交叉,掌心向外,两臂尽量后伸,胸部展开,光波炉批发,该姿势保
持3~5秒;
  坐在椅子前端,两腿屈前伸,伸展腰部和扩展胸部;
  坐在椅子上,扭转上身,先向左转再向右转,盟特新奇特,各转10次,转动幅度要尽量大;
  坐在椅上,双手抱单腿屈膝,使大腿贴近胸部,停留片刻,放下再换另一条腿,各抱5~10次 。
  锻炼者每天可做1~2次。适合长期伏案工作的人,可以使伏案低头、弯腰弓背的紧张状态得到放松,消除局 部疲劳。
