Default Office 2010 Professional Key windows 7 - Win7 -

Hi all,Office 2010 Professional Key,

I have recently setup a Windows7 Final 64bit machine which I strategy on utilizing in choice to my aged windows xp machine to complete improvement on. However I am having issues connecting for the fileshares subjected from the Windows Server 2008 (SP2 not R2) 32bit server around the network.

I have trawled google but been unable to find any remedies that operate so far.

The error

"Login Failure, unknown username or password". Password prompt keeps on appearing as clearly the authentication is failing amongst the boxes.

What functions:
Connecting to shares on the Win2k8 machine through the XP box
Connecting to shares around the XP box in the Win7 box
Connecting via RDP for the XP box in the Win7 box
Connecting by means of RDP for the Win2k8 box through the win7 box
Connecting via RDP to your Win2k8 box from the XP box
So I can suppose that a) I am not getting any problems with incorrectly typed passwords & b) there are no network connectivity issues among the machines.

What doesn't work
Connecting to any password protected shares around the Win2k8 machine in the Win7 machine. I've not tried non-password protected shares.
Connecting for the win7 box from your win2k8 machine.
Additionally I've tried a few suggestions floating round around the web, such as setting LmConnectivityLevel to '1' in the registry,Office Standard 2007 Key, and setting the Network Security: Lan manager authentication level in secpol.msc.

There have also been a few comments that the timezone/datetime need to be the same on both machines, they are,Windows 7 Home Premium, nevertheless there is one difference. The win7 box lists everything in "UTC" and the Win2k8 box lists everything in "GMT" (I am based in London so this is expected).

Additional Info

The machines are running NOT on a domain,Office 2007 Professional, rather they all belong towards the WORKGROUP workgroup.

I have tried both User and Administrator accounts around the Server all with the same result.

The usernames are always authenticated against users around the server, so are entered in the form SERVER\UserName in the login prompt.

There are other non-windows 7 machines around the network so I cannot really go fiddling with the network settings too drastically on the 2k8 server, nonetheless it is essential that I can connect to the server from the windows7 machine.

Any help gratefully accepted.

Update 1.

I've mot fiddled with firewalls on any of the machines,Office 2007 Key Apple Affected by LCD Price Fixing, my thinking behind this being that given that independently all the machines can communicate, and filesharing operates in between the win7 <-> xp box <-> server,Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007, just not between server <-> win7. I will try turning off all the firewalls to remove them from consideration though.
