Default Windows 7 Professional Sale blog how-would-you-lik

Do you like the standard face-to-face interview? How about a Reality TV style interview? Interviewing by telekinesis? Let me know! So, I have participated in some interesting recruiting events over the past few weeks,Office Professional 2010, including the Second Life Interviews that Priya mentioned in an earlier blog. Those were great, and the virtual world was a cool place to interview. I also met quite a few characters there! So, that got me thinking: what shape will interviews take over the next few years? What is it going to be like to interview in the future? Maybe someday, we will no longer phone screen candidates, or maybe face-to-face interviews will all be virtual. I would like to pose this question: what way would you like to be interviewed in the future? Here are some fun ideas I thought of, and would love to hear if you have better ones! 1. American Idol Style – All candidates will line-up at a specific location; You will be pre-screened by recruiters, and if you are qualified, then you sing (code) for the 3 judges (hiring managers). Then they discuss your "performance" in a group setting and decide if you will be hired. 2. Speed Dating Style - You will interview through a process similar to speed dating; You will meet with an executive for 3- 5 minutes, chat for a bit, then a bell rings and you go onto the next interviewer; Meeting about 20 interviewers in a session. 3. YouTube Style – Post a video of yourself answering questions and coding on YouTube; Pair it with funny music, and perhaps with a cat playing the piano, just to have it viewed more. 4. Survivor Style - We pick 20 candidates,Office 2010 Key Sale, send you off to a coding island for 36 days,Office 2007 Professional Key, and then slowly you vote each other off. You can vote off the strongest candidate, or the weakest, but it’s all up to you. The recruiter could host,Windows 7 Professional Sale, and coding competitions could secure immunity. 5. Apprentice Style - We hire 20 of you and give you tasks that are similar to the work of full time employees. At the end of each task, you end up in a boardroom with Bill Gates,Windows 7 Enterprise Product Key, who is asking why the Project Manager didn’t lead the team to victory. Winner ends up with a job. What do you think?? (I personally such as the American Idol version best!) - Janelle
