  一般减肥粥包括的材料有:高粱、赤豆、薏米、番薯、鲤鱼、茶叶、酸枣、菱角、山楂、松子仁、黄瓜、冬瓜 、莲子。
  1、赤小豆粥:赤小豆150克,粳米50克。先将赤小豆洗净,健尔马足疗机价格,浸泡2~3小时,煮烂后,加粳米煮粥。每日早晚,认此粥为食。
  2、冬瓜粥:新鲜带皮冬瓜100克,粳米150克。将冬瓜洗净切碎,与粳米煮粥,健尔马脊柱保,每日早晚,空腹温热食服。
  3、白茯苓粥:白茯苓20克,粳米50克。白茯苓研为细粉,与粳米煮粥,每日早晚,温热食 服。
  4、芡实粥:芡实米30~60克,粳米100克,煮粥,常服,乐彤足浴盆
  5、玉米粉粥:先将玉米粉适量,冷水调和,健尔马足疗三代,待粳米粥煮熟后,调入玉米粉糊,共煮为粥,乐彤足浴盆,随意服食,水宜生s520
