  固护肌表
  肺主一身肌表,风寒之邪最易犯肺,诱发或加重外感、咳嗽、哮喘等呼吸系统疾病,或成为其他系统疾病之祸 根。故注意天气变化,及时增减衣服,适当进补,增强机体抵抗力,预防风寒等外邪伤肺,避免感胃,是肺脏养生 之首要。
  滋燥润肺
  秋令保健养肺为先肺喜润而恶燥,燥邪伤肺。秋天气候干燥,空气湿度小,尤其是中秋过后,风大,人们常有 皮肤干燥、口干鼻燥、咽痒咳嗽、大便秘结等症。因此,中秋后气候转燥时,光波炉,应注意室内保持一定湿度,避免剧烈运动使人大汗淋漓,耗津伤液。秋季饮食应“少辛增酸”、“防燥护阴”, 适当多吃些蜂蜜、核桃、乳品、百合、银耳、萝卜、秋梨、香蕉、藕等,少吃辛辣燥热与助火之品.
  防忧伤肺
  惊思惊恐等七情皆可影响气机而致病,其中以忧伤肺最甚。现代医学证实,常忧愁伤感之人易患外感等症。特 别到了深秋时节,盟特新产品,面对草枯叶落花零的景象,在外游子与老人最易伤感,使抗病能力下降,致哮瑞等宿疾复发或加重。因此,秋天 应特别注意保持内心平静,以保养肺气。
  补脾益肺
  中医非常重视培补脾胃(土)以使肺气(金)充沛。故平时虚衰之人,光波炉批发,宜进食人参、黄芪、山药、大枣、莲子、百合、甘草等药食以补脾益肺(即中医所谓“培土生金”),增强抗病 能力,利于肺系疾病之防治。
  通便宜肺
  中医认为肺与大肠相表里,若大肠传导功能正常则肺气宣降;若大肠功能失常,大便秘结,则肺 气壅闭,健尔马足疗机价格,气逆不降,致咳嗽、气喘、胸中憋闷等症加重,故防止便秘,保持肺气宣通十分重要。
