Default Windows 7 User Accounts - How to get programs to appear under both but only need to be downloaded once?

I am using Windows XP and I am considering getting Windows 7 Home Premium Activation. I have been Windows 7 Professional X86 online and I have found Windows 7 and Windows 7 Ultimate X86. When I think of an upgrade, I think of it as something to improve something that I already have. Is this the case with Windows 7 Pro Product Key? Is it an improvement on Windows 7? If so, why hasn't the upgrade been integrated with the Windows 7 Starter Serial Key?

Default How do I get rid of album pictures when playing mp3 files ?

Hello, I just bought a new Windows 7 Professional Serial Key for my personal use at home and have set up a Windows 7 Ultimate Serial Key user account for my girlfriend to use. The problem I am Windows 7 Professional X86 into is programs which I've downloaded (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, AIM, Gtalk, etc..) do not Windows 7 Home Premium Serial when she is logged in. Is there anyway to get them to show for both user accounts without my having to Windows 7 Update Key and install them twice? Thanks!
