Default Wholesale new era hats Guinea Pig Supplies - Prepa

A hiding space. An important part you need to include with your guinea pig supplies is a safe spot where your cavy can duck out of sight. This is an absolute must and provides a sense of security for your pet. Whether it be a shoe box with a hole in it or a fancy three level guinea pig penthouse.
This report is directed at the first time owner, but even experienced life long cavy lovers may find something new and interesting to add to their pet's lifestyle.
Although some people think guinea pigs (cavys as they are also called) can be difficult to care for, I have found that with the right approach and attention, cavys can be fairly low maintenance and easy to look after. However, they are not care free and require daily attention.
Are you thinking of adopting a guinea pig, and looking for ideas about what supplies you'll need? Or maybe you're interested in adding new accessories to an existing set-up and making some improvements. Whichever direction you're headed, you can learn some smart and easy tips to help you with your guinea pig supplies in this brief article.
4. Use your talents/gifts to serve the world - the best way for you to serve the world is in doing what you love and/or loving what you do. You have a core genius. You have within you the most wonderful talents and gifts. How do you know what they are - its simple - you feel BRILLIANT when you're pursuing them! So pursue them and keep nourishing them. Then start asking questions like - how can I use my talents and gifts to serve my family, my community, my country, the world? How can I begin to earn an income from what I love and how then can I get it to grow? As you take each step on such a path you leave behind a path which is illuminated with love, with kindness, with joy, with happiness, with passion and it acts as a lighthouse for those who find themselves in stormy seas. Does it take courage? Absolutely! And this is one of the traits you have in abundance - simply take the first step and keep going!
A good place to begin with guinea pig supplies would be:
3. Create a new identity - we are creative beings. Instead of having an identity which is attached to anything outside yourself Wholesale new era hats Wholesale Chicago White Sox Hats Weight Loss For B, which is subject to change and ultimately beyond your control, base it on the infinite wisdom and greatness that is within you. This can never be taken away from you, recession or otherwise. You can begin to affirm to yourself "I am an infinitely creative and resourceful person", "My greatest hour has yet to come", "I am so happy doing what I love and loving what I do and getting richly rewarded for it", "the greatest moment of my life is this one - the more I truly live it, the more fulfilled I am and the more the future blossoms." Its also a good idea to remind yourself of what you really like/love about yourself - make a list and smile with every wonderful trait you posess. And let those you love know how wonderful it is that they are part of your life.
Water Bottle. An attachable bottom dispensed jug is a good choice. Quart sized for a single piggy and larger or multiple jugs for two or more guinea pigs. Fill and change water frequently. A "bowl" of water used as the main source is asking for trouble, as waste products can quickly contaminate and cause problems.
Litter and Bedding Material. An even amount of material should be spread throughout the bottom of the tray to collect and absorb urine and feces. Timothy hay, careFresh crown pellets and old newspaper shredding are best for this purpose. A mixture of two or more of these does a good job. Oily wood shavings such as Cedar and Pine can poison your pet. I do not recommend straw because it does not absorb waste. "Spot" clean your cage from day to day and change out the entire bedding once every ten days. Thoroughly wash and disinfect the tray at least once every three weeks.
These guinea pig supplies will get you off to a good start. I wish you and your pet the best of health and happy times!
Guinea Pig Cages. Well ventilated six sided cages are best. For easy cleaning, pull out bottom trays are recommended. Choose one with big doors for simple access. Maybe something with wheels you can move around. Choosing the right cage or hutch is very important. It must be something you are comfortable with, as the life of your pet depends on the attention you give them. 7 square feet for one pet and 10 square feet for two guinea pigs is optimal. A four foot wide and three foot long cage will suit two piggies just fine. The bigger the better. Wired bottom cages are not recommended, as injuries to limbs and snouts are frequent with these styles. Cleaning a wired bottom cage is one big hassle! Not recommended. Also, aquariums and closed style containers are not acceptable because they are prone to bacterial growth and very hard to keep clean. Always use safe guinea pig supplies.
Food tray. Any of a number of shapes, styles and sizes are available. A minimum 32 oz. container will be sufficient per pet. A Pellet dispenser that attaches to the cage is very handy. Using separate containers for wet and dry food will benefit you when it comes time for clean up and adding fresh food.
First Aid Supplies. Small injuries can be easily dealt with, while larger wounds should be examined by a trained Veterinarian. For small injuries you will need hydrogen peroxide, tweezers, a flashlight, cotton balls and swabs, and a saline solution for minor eye irritations.
