男童遭绑架杀害后抛尸废井中 嫌犯逃跑10年受审

　　本报讯 (记者 朱燕)绑架老乡的儿子，勒索20万元未果，吴松和两名同伙撕票，将7岁男孩抛尸废弃水井。逃跑10年后，嫌 疑人吴松落网。

　　昨日，北京市二中院，吴松受审时称，他仅负责打电话要钱的环节，其他都是“同伙栽赃”。

　　目前，此案仍在进一步审理中。

　　未获赎金勒死男孩

　　据指控，1999年4月13日17时许，通州区一电子游艺厅内，吴松伙同包前猛、胡前程将一名7岁男孩 诓骗到河北燕郊他们租住的民房内。随即三人将男孩劫为人质，向男孩父亲黄某索要赎金20万元。

　　由于未得逞，4月15日晚，燕郊区一麦地内，三人用绳索将男孩扼勒致死。随后，他们将尸体抛弃在一个废 弃水井中，并继续向黄某勒索赎金，但仍未能得逞。

　　逃亡10年后山西被抓

　　据悉，除吴松外，参与绑架的另外两人，一人已被执行死刑，一人被判处了死缓。而吴松事后逃跑，先后到广 东、山西晋城等地，2010年在山西一家棋牌室被警方控制。

　　检方出具两名已获刑同伙的供述，称是吴松提议绑架，想“敲”老乡点儿钱。后因男孩父亲不给钱，吴松决定 杀害孩子，当晚杀死孩子时，吴松亲自动了手。

　　“不是这样，他们陷害我！”吴松说，“都是栽赃，他们知道我跑了，就全部推到我身上！”

　　庭上称只电话要钱

　　检方出具证据，男孩父亲黄某说，打电话要钱的人正是吴松。

　　对此，吴松承认是自己打的电话，但是受同伙指使。

　　他称未参加预谋、实施绑架，甚至根本没见过这个孩子。他来京谋生时，认识了老乡包前猛和胡前程，几人以 卖光盘为生。“他们让我给孩子的父亲打电话。包前猛欠我两万块钱，他说干这事不但能还我钱，还能分我点儿钱 。所以我就打了。”吴松说。
