Default 减肥一定要选对时间

减肥中时间也是一个必备因素

  中午是不太推荐的运动时间段。因为这时运动容易影响到正常的中餐,而中餐对于减肥来说是至 关重要的,水宜生水杯价格

  晚上是最能灵活安排的时段。

  总之,结合自己的时间分配来安排饮食和运动的时间,记住这个原则就可以了:运动前后都不宜大吃大喝,且 正餐2小时后运动更好;运动后可以补充一些能量,但大量补充需要1小时后(也不宜大吃),这样的安排比较利 于减肥。
