  第一步:以卷尺测出腰臀比例(腰臀比例=腰围÷臀围)

  方法:笔直站立,健尔马足疗机批发,轻轻吸气之后吐,用卷尺测量肚脐上方腰围与最凸出臀围。

  如果男生的腰臀比例在0、9、女生的在0、8以上,就表明是内脏脂肪的高危群,需要马上进行第二步测试 。

  第二步:测试腰腹皮下赘肉

  方法:试着捏肚脐下的胖肉,如果随便就能捏起2cm,表示堆积的是皮下脂肪;如果捏不太起来,表示脂肪 大多堆积在内脏里。
