网上曝光的雷人横幅。网友“旮旯人”供图

　　温州平阳一家娱乐会所，竟在大街上挂出一条横幅，高调宣布“新到一批佳丽……”,nike shoes uk。

　　8月16日晚11点多，网友“旮旯人”在平阳信息网第一社区，以《雷人标语：“平阳某某会所新到一批佳 丽……”》为题发帖，并上传照片佐证。这立即成了一件雷人网事。

　　网友曝出会所雷人横幅

　　“旮旯人”发帖很简单：一张比较模糊的照片显示，横幅挂在一幢黄色房子前面，也就大致能看出，上面写着 “平阳XX（照片处理过，遮去了名字）会所新到一批佳丽及推出各种优惠活动欢迎……”等字样。

　　“旮旯人”的注解是：“平瑞公路上赫然出现一条横幅广告”,ghd mini styler。随后还表示：“发帖的初衷，只是想尽一个平阳公民的义务。”

　　帖子发出后，很多网友都连称“雷人”、“难以置信”。

　　“强大！小城故事多！！”网友“六神无主”说。

　　“这个够雷！够胆！”网友“一路有你”也感慨道。

　　不过，也有网友提出了质疑。

　　“平瑞路上有这么黄的房子吗？”网友“robizhang”反问。

　　“不过仔细看图，好像是PS过的吧。”网友“Mentos”说。

　　“旮旯人”再次解释，照片拍摄地点是“老平师前的那一段老国道，不知算是平瑞路还是昆鳌路，不好意思， 没注意看清楚。”

　　城建监察回应横幅已拆

　　就在大家讨论这件事的真假之时，第二天上午，网友“漠友”以“昆阳镇城建监察中队”落款， 跟帖了。

　　“漠友”说，“经调查，这条横幅是XX会所未经审批悬挂上去的，昆阳镇城建监察中队在巡查发现后，立即 将五条有同样内容的横幅予以拆除。感谢网友对县城城市管理工作的监督。”

　　平阳县昆阳镇城建监察中队一名工作人员证实，网上的跟帖，确实是他们发出的。

　　前天上午，在看到“旮旯人”的帖子后，该中队就立即派人上街巡查，共拆除了5条该内容的横幅。悬挂横幅 的是该镇一家名为“时代”的娱乐会所。

　　根据相关规定，未经有关部门审批，擅自悬挂影响市容的条幅，要责令拆除，并对责任人处1000元以上一 万元以下的罚款。

　　“佳丽”就是女服务员？

　　网友爆料说，这家有些“招摇”的会所，位于平阳体育馆附近。

　　前天下午，会所大门内的一张广告牌上，还写着：“为答谢新老客户，时代会所新到一批佳丽… …”

　　一名自称该会所负责人的张姓男子证实，街上那些雷人的横幅，确实是他们让人挂上去的,louis vuitton bag。

　　张姓男子对此的解释是：会所最近重新开业，新来了一批女服务员。为了招揽新老顾客，才想到挂横幅宣传一 下。

　　“平阳和鳌江都挂了十几条。”张姓男子说，具体挂哪，他也不清楚，都是找人挂的。“这个也不新鲜的吧？ ”

　　平阳警方突查无证会所

　　这件事很快引起平阳警方重视。前晚8点多，他们组织了治安大队、辖区派出所30多名警力，突击检查这家 会所。

　　民警来到这家会所时，看见门口有一排身穿性感制服的女子，正在迎客。

　　会所内几个包厢，已开始营业。不过，除了唱歌、喝酒的男顾客，没发现女服务员陪侍情况。

　　在会所一个房间内，警方还发现有多名年轻女子聚集，而她们自称是推销啤酒的。

　　随后，包括会所管理人员、“啤酒推销员”在内的20多人，被警方带走，接受调查。

　　昨天下午，平阳公安局负责宣传的周警官证实，目前还没有直接证据证明，这家会所有涉黄行为 。

　　不过，调查中发现，这家会所营业至今，还没有办理工商等相关手续，是偷偷营业的。“这件事接下来，要移 交工商部门接着处理了。”
