健康导读:冬季,草木凋零、冰冻虫伏,是自然界万物闭藏的季节,中医认为,此时,人的阳气也要潜藏于内,冬 季养生提倡“保持阳气”、“养肾防寒”。
A 早睡晚起 保持阳气   

冬季寒冷,一些人在冬季由于血流不畅容易产生倦意。易发生情绪不佳、懒散嗜睡、昏昏沉沉等现象,这种现象多 见于女性。
