防呼吸道感染 早晚锻炼应避风

专家指出,从医院的门急诊来看,目前疾病的高发人群多是免疫力较差的老年人和儿童。提醒老年人早晚冷的时候 要注意增加衣服,可以进行散步、打太极拳等锻炼提高抵抗力,但要防止出汗后受凉,因此运动时要注意保暖,运 动量要以微微出汗为宜,不宜出太多汗,要让毛孔逐渐收敛;运动的地点要尽量选择避风的地方;风大的天气不宜 锻炼。老人、儿童、从事服务行业的人员、流动性比较大的人群,水宜生价格,最好及时接种流感疫苗,减少感染流感的可能性。另外,快热电热水龙头,糖尿病、哮喘等患者感染流感后出现重症的可能性比较大,也要尽早接种流感疫苗。
