“立春”时节的自然特点包括:白天渐长,阳光暖和,气温趋于上升,日照、降水也逐渐增多。民俗中有句话“立 春雨水到,早起晚睡觉”。说明人们经过秋、冬养生,到了春天开始劳作了,春季养生也要顺应春天阳气生发、万 物始生的特点,逐渐从“秋冬养阴”过渡到“春夏养阳”的时间。注意保护阳气,因春属木,与肝相应,所以,在 春季养生方面,主要是护肝,而护肝要从心情着手,使心情舒畅,防止“肝火上升”。立春以后,气候仍然干燥, 补充水分也是很必要的。
