  运动前该不该进食?该吃多少,喝多少?美国《华盛顿邮报》日前引述专家观点,对此作出了解 答。
  许多人以为,腹中有食物会让人不舒服,或者减慢运动的节奏;还有人认为,饥饿会加速脂肪燃 烧,健尔马足疗机。但实际上,强忍饥饿进行锻炼,并不会促进脂肪燃烧。当人体处于饥饿状态时,血糖水平就开始降低,甚至出现 更强烈的身体反应,包括头晕、昏厥,加湿器价格,甚至不省人事。
