All of the boards needed for the first batch will be produced in Texas (no change here)
2000 cases are already at Craig’s and will still be assembled there (no news here)
Boards for batch 2 might be produced in a new factory
That new factory can also do assembly and testing of the Pandoras (put the boards in the case, etc. – everything which has been done in Craig’s warehouse)
OpenPandora might let them assemble the rest of batch1 (minus the 2000),Tiffany Jewelry, because they can do it faster than Team Craig
Because of that the rest of the cases have not been shipped from china via ship (the new factory is located in Taiwan)
When the board factory finishes 3000 boards (with nubs),Gucci Jewelry, 2000 of them will go to Craig and the rest to Taiwan and will be assembled there (maybe)
This whole operation should not cause any slowdowns, but actually speed things up as Pandoras will be produced in two places at the same time
Even if they decide to not use the new factory, they can still ship the rest of the cases to Craig in time, while he uses the 2000 he already got

I asked Fatih, as he is the one handling all this.
Just shortly before the cases should be taken on board, we started looking for a second board company in case the current one don’t do their work properly.
As the new company is in Taiwan and also offers assembly of the units, he didn’t ship the cases, as we weren’t sure whether we’ll assemble all of the units in UK or parts already in Taiwan to speed things up.
I didn’t know this and as Fatih doesn’t read the boards here too often (you barely can see him posting), there was a wrong information,hermes jewelry sale, sorry about that.
I also thought they are on their way
So currently, their still boxed in China. The company in Taiwan is still working on setting everything up properly, and I might already assembly my units there (still thinking about that), even if the boards are being produced in Texas currently.
That should speed things up a bit
And if I don’t do that: 2000 cases are in UK, shipping the rest there via plane takes about the same time it takes to ship the last 1000 boards from Texas,Thomas Sabo, so no big deal here.

We are NOT changing to a new company midway of batch 1!
We’re looking for alternatives to make production more stable and while the current company is (hopefully) producing the boards, the new one is working on setting up a board production line, as this takes months.
The new company also has a professional assembly line. They would offer us a complete package (production, testing, assembly).
They also offered us to help with the assembly of the remaining units,hermes jewelry, as it will take a while to assemble them.
If about 100 – 200 units per day are assembled, assembling 3000 units takes a month. They’ve got 280 employees,thomas sabo, so they could assemble 3000 units WAY faster.
So if the current board company really gets their act together and finishes 3000 boards soon,Links of London, it might speed batch 1 delivery up if half of the boards will be assembled at the new company.
Me and Fatih are flying over there to watch over the assembly and make sure they do it right.
I’m more concerned about the current board company being able to produce the rest of the boards quickly than I am with cases I know that can ship within 5 days…
How can cases that can ship within 5 days delay any production when we still don’t have the boards?
We’ve got the cases for the next 2000 units ready to be assembled in UK – and it will take at least 3 weeks to get the boards for them,gucci jewelry sale, I assume.

So apparently some changes have been made to the plan, hopefully for the best.
