For Tamara, a single life is not a quiet life. She's had a week to make your eyes water; both from its glamour and its pace. 'This was London's big week,' she says. 'The Brits and the BAFTAs are our Grammys and Oscars so we have had a lot of film people in town. And it was Fashion Week.'

Tamara has been clean of her alcohol and cocaine party habit 'I was a binger' for ten years. Presumably it's no coincidence that her company celebrates its tenth birthday this year. 'If it looks like it's going to be a late night then I'll drink Red Bull and Diet Coke,' she says. 'But I love being with people, I love music and I love dancing. If people are getting tipsy around me then I can go with the flow; I don't miss it. When I see people getting messy I am so grateful that's not me any more. Whatever I do, I do consciously.'
