在选择运动和饮食方法之前,首先要了解自己属于哪种体形。

从遗传角度上看,体形大致可分3种(以下简称为A、B和C型),这3种体形各有特点。

A型:看上去整个身体没有半点多余脂肪;四肢瘦长,臀及胸部较小。A型人通常较瘦削,很少脂肪,肌肉不太发 达,大腿及臀部会出现松弛现象,不适合穿三点式泳衣。

最适合A型身材的运动是用哑铃锻炼,使其看上去结实。开始时,不妨用4.5千克左右的哑铃练习,习惯后慢慢 增加重量(以增至10千克为标准),每周做哑铃健身2-3次,每次举8-12遍。坚持3个月后,不仅能使肌肉结实,而且还会增加曲线美。

A型的人不易发胖,因此在饮食上无须太多忌讳。

B型:上身匀称,但腹、臀及大腿肉较多;大致上体态均匀,肩宽,胸阔,腰细,腿修长。B型的人肌肉均匀,身 段轮廓分明,只要做适量运动便能消耗体内多余的脂肪,让身段更加迷人。B型人应避免吃高脂肪食物,薯片、牛 油类和甜品也少吃为妙。

C型:全身圆润多肉;四肢较短而圆润,多数人脖子短,身体丰满,臀部及大腿较多肉。C型的人虽然看上去较健 硕,但一般人都易发胖,必须努力保持体态,勿让身体积聚多余脂肪。
