CARRIE BRADSHAW?is probably the world's most famous?Manolo Blahnik wearer and now the pair she called "an urban shoe myth" are a myth no more. Manolo Blahnik himself told VOGUE.COM that the shoe is about to arrive in London once again - and his love for everyone's favourite ###### columnist is still as strong.
"I had gone through a bit of a baroque period in the early Nineties and wanted something to counter that,

Today I am leaving for a two week vacation to Europe.
