  杭州西湖一日“打酱油”归来,快速电热水龙头,雷锋夕照、西湖美景算是饱尝了一顿,此时肚子却没有填饱。于是,拉着朋友跑餐馆一坐,桂香糯米藕自然是必 点菜品。昨日再与朋友忆起往事。正所谓心动不如行动,自己DIY了一份。

  材料:莲藕数节、糯米(淘净,带湿静放半日,待糯米涨开)、牙签数根、冰糖(白糖)、食用碱、蜂蜜汁( 桂花汁)。

  做法:

  1.将莲藕洗净,一头切开。

  2.将准备好的糯米填充到莲藕的每个孔中,注意每个孔中要把米塞实,一边灌一边抖动藕身,可以借助筷子 。

  3.灌满米以后把最初切开的“帽子”盖上。注意帽子里也要灌上米,然后用牙签固定住。

  4.把莲藕直立放入高压锅中,加水,加冰糖或白糖,以及食用碱少许,上火煮15分钟左右。等高压锅气放 完了,打开。此时莲藕和米虽熟但还不够软,也还没有入味,足浴盆官方网站。把汤和藕放入普通锅中,大火烧开,转小火煨约一个小时。这是一个比较省煤气的做法。你也可以把藕直接放在 普通的锅里煮15分钟以后,小火再煮2-3个小时。

  5.出锅后,将蜂蜜用凉开水调成汁儿,涂在外面,增加糯米藕的色泽、甜味,也可以在蜜汁里掺入桂花汁。 最后将藕切片装盘即可。
