基本呼吸法:瑜伽术认为人类依赖吸取宇宙的能量而生存,而在有生命素之称的空气、阳光、泥土、水分和食物中 ,呼吸空气是最为重要的,呼吸包含着神奇的力量。
方法:坐在椅子上,水宜生水杯,双腿并拢。一手扶在大腿上,一手放在腹部,收下颌,脊椎伸直。先腹部放松,用鼻子吸气,并用力扩展喉和胸 ,使气充满胸、腹部,肚子鼓起;然后放松下颌、呼气、同时放松胸部,健尔马足疗机价格,肚子渐渐下去,健尔马足疗机。呼气时要用吸气时的两倍时间从鼻子慢慢呼出、呼尽后,ad收腹运动机,保持屏息状态1~2秒钟。
意识力:放在腹部呼吸上。
