首先,节食是大家公认的减肥方法,但节食不等于不食,它是建立在保持身体健康的基础上的,我给大家介绍一个 我常用的减肥食谱。
香酥豆腐渣丸子:豆腐渣热量低,加些萝卜等调料做成丸子,不但味道鲜美,营养价值高,最主要的是能减肥,而 且还降血糖呢,这可是一举三得啊!大家何乐而不为呢!具体做法:豆腐渣500克,面粉一小碗(适中即可), 小萝卜一个及葱姜适量切成末,全部放到盆里,再打上2个鸡蛋,加点盐、鸡精、胡椒粉,搅拌均匀;锅中加入适 量色拉油,烧六七成热,然后用匙滚成丸子下入锅中油炸,待丸子浮起呈焦黄色便可捞出。放凉之后就可以品尝了 。 推荐:减肥食谱

早晚揉腹减肥法,具体做法:利用早晨起床前、晚上睡觉前的时间,平躺在床上。右手在下,左手在上绕肚脐顺时 针揉,稍用点力揉60次;然后左手在下右手在上逆时针揉60次。范围是顺时针由中间向外至整个腹部,逆时针 时再由外向中间揉。每次揉完,我都感到头上出汗,脚心发热很舒服。
