  天气是越来越冷,无论去火锅店还是在家,光波炉价格,热乎乎的火锅都会是个不错的选择。
  吃火锅的时间最好控制在2小时内,这样能够避免消化液过度分泌,增加肝胆胃肠腺体的负担。同时,尽量用 麻酱料或三合油小料,避免用油碟,使得摄入的油脂不至于太多。除了肉类外,火锅中最好能涮点红薯,其中含有 丰富的粗纤维,能解肉类的油腻。
