Liberty Hardware of Winston-Salem, N.C., is best known for mass-produced cabinet knobs, pulls and hooks that are carried by major retailers. Liberty worked with three artisans &mdash; Tammy Newhof, a glassworker in Grand Rapids, Mich.; Sue Salvaterra Hintz, a potter in Weaverville, N.C.; and Matt Waldrop, a metalworker in Zirconia, N.C.
