Michael, forget illegal drug, it would just need to be classified as a drug and it could be regulated. No one who has Medicare or Medicaid has insurance in the first place.
Wholesale Newport Cigarettes users already pay much more for health and life insurance. Shouldn't people who consume soda, especially diet soda that is full of chemicals pay more? How about people that eat excessive amounts of fried foods? Why not apply that logic to all of the dangers of society?
