The NYSAttorney has a claw on the laws about tips to get the proper treatment for most patients with such conditions. The NYS General Lawyer can also pass certain laws regarding this and right now they prohibit the withdrawing of patient’s medical treatment if they do not possess a Living Will, Health Care Proxy, or Advance Directives that needs to be signed by the affected individual himself.
