Attorney General can also pass several laws regarding this and right now they prohibit the pulling out of patient’s medical treatment if they cannot possess a Living Could, Health Care Proxy, or Advance Directives which should be signed by the patient himself. There is a small modification done for enchancment here for mentally unable or mentally retarded patients to achieve the help or assistance or proxy of their relatives to sign the directives for your kids.
