LiveSide revealed that Microsoft has enabled the Windows Dwell ID registration with ended with Reside.COM (or other country top-level domain). That means, now it is easy to get a [email protected] e-mail account!
How to register Windows Reside ID?
Simply goto to signup your Windows Stay ID for local domains (e.g. @live.com.my, changed according to your location). Although LiveSide provided a link for @live.com signup but it doesn’t work for me.
List of available Windows Dwell ID domains
Here are the list of available Windows Live ID for local domains. Note that there are a few countries are using WindowsLive.com for windows Stay ID: Finland,

I grabbed [email protected] and [email protected] before telling you the news.
I can’t get to register Live.COM or Windows Dwell ID for other country top-level domain. The signup page automatically detects your location. I think, we can use proxy server to mask our location.
