when a design is completed, they move to the design that’s on top of the pile. when a customer calls and wants to know when they’ll get to their design, they dig frantically through the pile until the design is located. when the embroidery dst is complete, the design is placed on top of the pile with the promise the design will be done next.
there are a number of companies available that offer custom embroidery digitizing for chairs, cabinets, and other furniture. if you are hosting a trade show, adding your company logo to seats and other furniture will give your event a highly professional look. using custom embroidery for the furniture in your home will greatly enhance the decorations.
“how would i expect to be treated?” it’s interesting how some custom embroidery digitizing businesses haven’t realized that all they really have to sell is their service and their attitude. they would close more deals and retain more customers if they would only be more pleasant, gracious, enthusiastic and make it perfectly clear they are there to help their customer.
