Mario Testino's life size portraits of Kate Moss to go above sale
A sequence of portraits of Kate Moss by the throne of mainstream photography, Mario Testino, are to go on show next week.

Eighteen photographs of the supermodel are to be displayed by Phillips de Pury & Co' s London headquarters in Victoria afterward week.

The corporation likens the Moss/Testino relationship with additional noted photographer/model relationships - Irving Penn and Lisa Fonsagrives, or David Bailey and Jean Shrimpton,tennis rackets for kids, case in point - although in this case, Testino is gay.
He is, yet, a huge flare of Moss. "Kate represents the final variety of woman,discount tory burch boots, an icon of our periods," he says. Phillips' chairman,cheap timber boots, Simon de Pury, is equally gushing in his praise, comparing Moss to Marilyn Monroe and Botticelli's Venus.
For this show, the 1996 prints have been amplified to life size proportions, of which only 2 or 3 copies are available, depending on size.
Phillips is creature coy about releasing costs because the prints, yet tin point out namely it holds the record for a Testino photograph at auction of ￡49,250 for a somewhat smaller print of Keith Richards and Mick Jagger.
