Skechers sues Sears over shoe patent,skechers shape ups for women, trademark claims
Skechers USA Inc. sued Sears Holdings Corp. for selling footwear that infringes the patents and trademarks for products such as Shape-ups and Twinkle Toes.
Skechers is seeking monetary damages and a court-ordered prohibition of the sale of the products,skechers shape ups for women, the Manhattan Beach,Skechers Shape Ups Motivation Black shoes, California-based company said today in a statement.
“While we value our relationship with Sears,skechers shape ups clinical, their actions are causing us tremendous damage,skechers woman shape ups, and we simply cannot let any company,skechers shape ups price, let alone a company the size of Sears,reebok pump men's shoes, infringe on our most valuable intellectual property,skechers shape ups footracers,” Philip Paccione,reebok zig tech turf shoes, Skechers' general counsel,reebok shoes advert, said in the statement.

Skechers rose 30 cents,skechers shape ups women 9, or 1.5 percent,reebok zigtech shoes orange and black, to $20.02 at 2:49 p.m. in New York Stock Exchange composite trading. The shares had risen 13 percent this year before today.
