汉族茶文化
 
作为中国饮食文化一个分支的汉民族茶文化，发展至今日，它不仅令人们在美的享受中体会到民族传统文化在不同 时期的自我超越，而且在世界范围内编织出一个显示着汉文化巨大融和力的雅洁和谐的茶文化圈。
汉文化基本上是农耕文化，茶为其重要产品，在长期生产实践中，茶的种植及长江流域及东南，西南广大地区，茶 的品种繁多，总括分为绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶、花茶和紧压茶等六大类。各类中牌品种美不胜地收。自唐陆羽《茶经 》至晚清，历代人的论茶著作至少拥有三四十部以上，茶诗文更不可胜数，茶画、茶雕亦属不少，茶歌舞情节优美 动人，汇集而成光彩夺目的汉民族茶文化。
