Microsoft founder Bill Gates mentioned these days that state governments needed to adopt "clear and honest" accounting of their budgets,windows 7 Enterprise 64, as their genuine finances threaten America's public-education system.
Speaking at the yearly TED convention in Prolonged Beach, California, Mr. Gates mentioned that state budgets ought to comply with more-transparent accounting principles. The Wall Street Journal reports:
