The WSI Corrugated Accumulator / Stacker

operation
The stream of shingled cartons is fed onto the stacker’s infeed conveyor. Blanks travel up an incline belt,Windows 7, are counted,Windows 7 Serial, and are delivered onto a set of surge gates.

When the pre-set count is reached the incoming flow is momentarily stopped. At the same time, the surge gates open and drop the accumulated stack onto an elevator.

The surge gates close,Windows 7 Ultimate Key, the infeed flow resumes,Office 2007 Keygen, and the elevator descends. When the elevator is at the bottom position the stack is pushed onto a set of belts for delivery to the customer’s bundler or conveyor. The elevator then moves back up to the surge gates and waits for the next stack.
